BACKGROUND:
Sannah Brandt is our Financial Coordinator and works in our historic Downtown Bozeman office. She supplies us with up-to-the-minute information regarding area demographics and market trends. She can assist your ERA Associate with information and analysis about your property’s projected sales rate, days on the market, absorption rate and current competition. She handles the agent ledger and accounts payable. Sannah also works closely with Kelly assisting her with Marketing. She is responsible for the weekly production of our newspaper ads and updates property and company data on eralandmark.com. She also is responsible for HomeSeekers, B2B, and Montana Commercial.
Originally from Bozeman, MT, Sannah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics and a Minor in Business Administration from University of North Florida in 2005. She moved back to Bozeman in 2006.
