Sue’s volume production continues to outpace ERA associates in much higher price-point markets, which exemplifies her success and commitment to her clients.
Sue entered the real estate industry in 1983 and has consistently ranked nationally in ERA’s Top Ten every year since 1988. She ranked #1 in 1990, 1991, 1997, 1999 and continuously now for six years from 2002 through 2007.
Specializing in residential, commercial and vacant land listings, Sue was named to Wall Street Journal’s Top 100 Agents list and also one of the most powerful women in real estate by the “National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine.” In addition, she holds the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations and is a past recipient of Montana’s REALTOR of the Year.
