Each year, REALTOR® Magazine features 30 rising stars in the real estate industry. ERA Landmark’s Mikaela Durham was honored on that list in 2018 and was invited to the 30 Under 30 REALTOR® Mastermind event April 16-17 in Charleston, SC.

REALTOR® Magazine has been compiling the 30 Under 30 list since 2000. All “30’s” were invited to this Mastermind event and about 90 attended. The education was a combination of keynote speakers and breakout sessions where smaller “mastermind” groups gathered to learn from each other. Topics included “How To Create The Things You Wished Existed,” “7 Decisions Every Leader Needs To Make,” “How To Sustain Peak Performance,” and several more.
