80 remote acres in the Northern Bridgers with a year-round creek and a freshwater spring on property. Dense trees, breathtaking mountain views and abundant wildlife make this a truly one-of-a-kind property. Deer, elk, moose, bears and grouse are just some of the wildlife that occupy the area that adjoins National Forest and is below Horsethief Mountain. Small cabin is only improvement on the property and will require some work. Currently, there is no vehicular access and property lines have not been surveyed. Owners have been up to the property as late as late Nov/early Dec and as early as April in the spring. There are no utilities to the property currently. Trailhead parking is about an hour from Bozeman and property is another 30-40 mins by foot.
