ERA Landmark Agents Attend ILHM Leaders in Luxury Elevate 2022
Posted on September 15, 2022 by ERA LandmarkERA Landmark agents Cheryl Ridgely, Katie Haley Grimm, and Debbie McEachron attended the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Leaders in Luxury Elevate 2022 held in Denver, CO, on August 29-30. Realtors across the country with their Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation with GUILD™ recognition attended this conference to explore and evaluate market trends in luxury real estate to prepare and position for the future. The full two-day event had over 135 attendees with 14 speakers in all areas of expertise relevant to the conference.
This year's keynote speaker was Bruce Turkel, a corporate branding expert, who really helped to transform the Realtor's outlook on working with clients and their marketing. Debbie McEachron, from our Bozeman office, mentions, "The overall experience was impactful and full of creative ideas for my business. Bruce Turkel validated that those relationships and being of service to clients is the foundation of a luxury real estate business."
Cheryl Ridgely, also from our Bozeman office, reports on emerging trends that are most notable including: demographic shifts in resort and suburban communities following the pandemic, shifts in social media, new technology platforms, fractional ownership in luxury, and interior design trends for the next decade and beyond. “I am particularly interested in ‘prop tech’ and how new technologies intersect with professional real estate services,” said Cheryl. “The transition from ‘big social’ to online communities will also drive communication in exciting new ways, particularly for new generations of real estate buyers who grew up on community platforms.”
All three agents brought back information and goals to put into their business to better serve the Southwest Montana luxury real estate market.
