ERA Landmark brokers Cheryl Ridgely from our Bozeman office, Katie Haley Grimm from our Big Sky Office, and our broker/owner Robyn Erlenbush attended the 2023 Inman Connect held in Las Vegas, NV, on August 7-8. The leading event for the residential real estate community offered a 3-day exploration and celebration of the glorious, complicated, rapidly evolving real estate marketplace.

Real estate professionals from across the country met for an agenda full of various topics including lead generation and harnessing AI as well as the value of creating partnerships to build business. The featured speakers at the conference were esteemed professionals in the real estate industry including Tim Birkmeier, the president of Rocket Mortgage, and Orphe Divounguy, the senior economist for Zillow.

Cheryl, Katie, and Robyn returned home to our Southwest Montana market ready to apply what they gathered from the event to our local luxury market. Some of their key takeaways include reconnecting with clients now like how we used to in the past and remembering the biggest tool for any seller or buyer is a licensed professional. Communication is crucial when it comes to our industry and we need to be the narrative that our clients need to hear. We plan on pivoting and focusing once again on the basics, which is devoting our time and energy to our clients.
