We are also proud to announce that Chelsea Stewart, from our Bozeman office, has ranked #3 in the nation for total sold volume through the month of September. Chelsea has consistently risen in the ERA rankings through her hard work and local expert charm every month this year. Ranking in ERA's Circle of Success in 2021 and 2022 has proved her dedication to serving her clients. In 2022 she was honored with the Chronicle’s 20 Under 40 award. We can't wait to see where Chelsea's business will lead her as we head into the fourth quarter.

Keeping up with the fast pace, we also congratulate Sue Frye, from our Bozeman office, in also ranking #6 in the nation for total sold volume through the month of September! Sue has been with ERA Landmark Real Estate for 40 years and is a part of the national ERA Hall of Fame. She is now a five-time winner of the Sapphire Award, winning previously for sales in 2008, 2009, 2015, and 2020. As the first inductee into the national ERA Hall of Fame, Sue has earned many honors and has consistently ranked as a Top 15 REALTOR® in the U.S. for 36 straight years, including ranking #1 by sales volume in 2022 as well. We are always so proud of Sue's work ethic she models to her fellow REALTORS® and we are anticipating her to keep rising in the rankings before the year is done.
