We’re beyond thrilled to welcome Carolina Carter to our ERA Landmark family in Livingston!

Carolina was born and raised in the stunning Paradise Valley, giving her a deep connection to this special place. After spending some time in Boston for school, she found her way back to Montana and gained valuable experience working in the title and escrow industry. Now, she’s joining us at ERA Landmark, following in the footsteps of her husband, Baylor Carter, who has been with us since 2020!

Carolina’s passion for helping people find their dream homes is matched by her warm, personalized approach. She loves getting to know her clients and making sure every step of the process feels comfortable and exciting. Outside of work, Carolina enjoys reading and playing music, which fuels her creativity and commitment to her career.
