ERA Landmark's broker/owner, Robyn Erlenbush, attended RISMedia's 2023 CEO & Leadership exchange on September 5-7 in Washington, DC. The two-day conference focused on the main theme, "Defining Your Destiny: Strategies for Success in a Volatile Market" with goals to, "gather together the industry's top minds to discuss the most critical trends and issues impacting the year so far, and outline strategies for success in the fourth quarter and into 2024. More than 100 brokerage executives and industry experts featured in over 25 panel discussions and presentations will help you make sense of what's transpired so far in 2023, and how to take charge and define your own destiny moving forward."

Robyn was invited to speak on a training programs panel with three other professionals moderated by Sherri Johnson. From her panel, Robyn shared that one of our goals at ERA Landmark is to become the source of the resource. With over 80% of the sales force coming from our past clients and sphere of influence, it's important to keep up-to-date and relevant information in front of our audiences to help understand our ever-changing market.

 

Back in February, Robyn was recognized for her leadership in the real estate industry and throughout the Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston, and Ennis, Montana communities by receiving RISMedia's Luminary Award. It is a notable honor to be recognized among the top real estate professionals across the nation becoming one of these iconic leaders. The conference provided a special Luminary Award ceremony where Robyn expressed, "My career has been dedicated to servant leadership," says Erlenbush, "I love the art of a real estate deal and the satisfaction that comes from helping agents and clients achieve their life goals."
