As we move through November each year, many people make an effort to slow down, regroup and take the opportunity to count their blessings. At ERA Landmark, the agents and staff feel there is so much for which to be thankful. Some have been in Montana their whole lives and never left. (“Why mess with a good thing?”) Others were raised here, wandered elsewhere for a wide variety of reasons, and returned back to their original home. (“The grass may not have been greener.”) Still more stumbled across our great state or waited for the right transition point in their lives to relocate. (“Saving the best for last.”)
Our Bozeman associates had the opportunity to tour the new Gallatin High School last week. We love a good field trip! The new high school has been in the works for many years and there have been several reports in the news, but you have to step inside to really understand the scope of the project. Huge thanks to Todd Swinehart, Director of Facilities for Bozeman Public Schools, for taking the time to give us a special tour.
ERA Landmark Real Estate is pleased to announce that Amanda Weber has joined our Bozeman office as a REALTOR®. Amanda was raised on a family farm, which allowed her to gain extensive knowledge regarding land management and conservation. Originally a Maryland native and graduate of Stevenson University with a degree in Business Administration, Amanda relocated to Bozeman to sustain an active lifestyle in the mountains.

Real estate markets feature available properties for sale that come in all shapes and sizes, new and old, basic to extravagant, and wasteful to green. There was a time not so long ago that taking sustainability into consideration when building or remodeling a home was not a concern. Those days seem to be behind us. The industry has taken more notice with each passing year, even though the green movement has formally been making steady strides for the last three decades.
