Amos is passionate about people, Montana and the magnificent landscapes that make it such a special place to call home. While obtaining his degree in Business and Marketing in Montana, he spent six summers in the Bristol Bay Region of Alaska as a fly fishing guide. In both guiding and real estate, Amos prides himself on customer satisfaction and establishing lifelong relationships with his clients. Amos and his family have been involved in cattle ranching outside Augusta, MT for 30 years and he grew up surrounded by real estate professionals. His parents live in Belgrade, Montana and have extensive careers in both land conservation and ranch real estate. His step-mother, Penelope was the Executive Director of the Gallatin Valley Land Trust for ten years helping preserve thousands of acres in and around our valley. His father, Ben, led The Nature Conservancy for 25 years in the Northern Rockies, and then founded Sweetwater Ranches to help match clients and properties. Amos is grateful to have parents who are role models and hopes to continue their legacy of improving Montana and its communities through real estate and an unwavering dedication to the clients he works with.
Amos’s enthusiasm for fly fishing and travel have taken him to destinations worldwide. Experiences working at a fishing lodge in the Patagonia region of South America and traveling to the Seychelles to chase giant trevally have given him a greater appreciation for Montana and all it has to offer. When he isn’t on a river, Amos likes to spend his time rock climbing, hunting, skiing, biking, trail running, cooking and with family and friends. He also strives to stay involved with his community through volunteer work with Thrive Montana as a CAP Mentor for Bozeman students. Amos would love to put his passions for business, people, and real estate to work for you.
While Amos is a new salesperson with ERA, real estate and conservation were second languages in his household growing up, and he has been surrounded by and involved in real estate throughout his adult life here in Montana, which explain his passion for pursuing the field professionally. He also benefits from relationships with a number of significant real estate investors in Montana and is equipped to utilize his extensive network in support of clientele.
As an Intern at the Blackstone LaunchPad he developed a passion for business development and entrepreneurship. With his marketing degree he brings valuable experience in helping his clients get their properties shown in the right media sources and digital outlets. Customer satisfaction has always been a core motivation and source of pride in his various endeavors, and you will not be disappointed in his dedication to you, his listening skills, and his ability to “close the deal.”
