Gator published the book, Experience Western Montana, an image enhancement for businesses of Western Montana. He followed with a role as Advertising Executive Manager for the national magazine, American Cowboy in beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming. Gator is the former Advertising Director for the award-winning magazine, Big Sky Journal, based in Bozeman.

Gator earned his real estate license in 2002 and began his career with ERA Landmark Real Estate. He specializes in residential, land and recreational/luxury properties.
