Baylor Carter Honored as Bozeman Daily Chronicle's 2024 20 Under 40

Posted on October 23, 2024 by ERA Landmark

Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate, is pleased to announce that Baylor Carter, from our Livingston office, has been selected as one of the Bozeman Daily Chronicle's 20 Under 40 honorees for 2024, our fourth Sales Associate in four years!

ERA Landmark was proud to be once again one of the sponsors for this year's 20 Under 40 Awards. Each year the Chronicle celebrates, "the best and brightest young people in the Gallatin Valley. These rising stars in the business and non-profit worlds are also passionate about volunteerism and giving back to the community, and have been selected for this honor because of both their business acumen and their commitment to making our valley, and the world, a better place."

A selection committee of judges from both the business and non-profit worlds reviewed all of the submissions to find 20 outstanding individuals. Nominees must be less than 40 years of age, have achieved success in business as an entrepreneur or employee, improve the quality of life for others in the community, and live and work in Southwest Montana. The 20 Under 40 recipients were featured in a special section inside the Chronicle in October. The recipients were awarded at the B2B Luncheon on October 21st, 2024 at the Hilton Garden Inn. We are very proud of Baylor and his efforts to give back to his community and so happy to have him on our team.

Baylor, a proud native of Livingston, Montana, has deep roots in the community. Growing up in the rural lifestyle of Montana, he spent his weekends at his family’s homestead, helping with ranching duties while enjoying the scenic beauty that has always drawn him back. His career path reflects a passion for both his home state and the people in it. Baylor’s dedication to client satisfaction is unmatched—he listens closely to their needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable real estate experience.

With a unique background that includes residential construction and customer relations, Baylor brings a holistic understanding of the real estate process. He is committed to making every transaction smooth and stress-free for his clients. Since joining ERA Landmark Real Estate as a licensed Sales Associate, Baylor has embraced cutting-edge technology and insight from colleagues to enhance his professional skill set. He consistently strives to provide top-tier service to every client, ensuring their goals are met with professionalism and care.

Baylor’s commitment to his community extends beyond real estate. Raised with a strong sense of family and community values, he is passionate about giving back to the area that shaped him. He has participated in multiple community initiatives and is always looking for new ways to engage and make a difference. A long-time supporter of local causes, Baylor has also dedicated time to mentoring aspiring real estate professionals, offering guidance and sharing the knowledge he has gained throughout his career. His community-minded spirit and willingness to help others have made him a well-regarded figure not only in real estate but also in the broader Montana community.

During the pandemic, Baylor teamed up with a local pastor to assist "at-risk" individuals who couldn’t shop for themselves, providing essential grocery deliveries. This experience led to his active involvement in senior commodity deliveries, where he regularly ensured that vulnerable community members received the supplies they needed. When the local warming shelter was in operation, Baylor also volunteered his time, offering companionship to residents and helping with tasks like folding laundry.

In 2022, during and after the Yellowstone River flooding, Baylor dedicated countless hours to support his community, assisting with filling sandbags, digging ditches, and helping those with limited access to resources. Baylor is also a committed volunteer with ERA Landmark's company initiatives. He’s often the first to sign up for projects such as "Spring Cleaning with a Meaning," where volunteers clean up yards for local seniors, and the Livingston Food Resource Center, where he helps maintain the community garden.
