ERA Landmark is proud to announce that our own Sales Associate, Brian Tudor, has been elected to the 2018 Gallatin Association of REALTORS® (GAR) Board of Directors. Members of the Board of Directors are elected by their local associations and are responsible for amending the association's bylaws, electing officers, approving expenditures from general reserves that exceed 10% of the annual budget, approving the association's strategic plan, approving an increase in membership dues, and defining regional boundaries. GAR boasts over 1,000 members who offer real estate services in Gallatin County and in many surrounding areas of Southwest Montana. GAR also offers membership to over 500 affiliate members.
