Casserly Memorial Award for Top All-Around Sales Associate for 2023! Named after the late ERA Real Estate president, the Brenda W. Casserly Memorial Award is ERA’s highest honor for an independent sales associate in the nation. It is based on criteria such as total sales, usage of technology tools, and customer satisfaction.

Winning this award was no surprise for ERA Landmark, as Chelsea wrapped up 2023 ranking #3 in the U.S. for sold volume by ERA Real Estate and continues to work hard for her clients. The ERA network includes more than 2,390 offices and 40,500 independent REALTORS® across 33 countries and territories. Joining the ERA Landmark team as a sales associate in February 2021, Chelsea has risen in the ERA rankings through her hard work and local expert charm achieving ERA's Circle of Success in 2021, 2022, and now 2023.

As a Bozeman native Chelsea is passionate about the local community and the people who live here. Before her real estate career, Chelsea had started a successful salon in Bozeman as well as a downtown wine bar. Chelsea loves the energy and character that her hometown has to offer.
