ERA Landmark proudly announces our current Guest Artist showing in our downtown Bozeman office! Stop by to view the highly-detailed and beautiful watercolor paintings of Montana flowers and fly fishing flies by Caroline Price now through May! Join us Thursday, May 9th from 5-7 PM for an opening artist's reception! Wine and light refreshments will be served!

About Caroline

Caroline Price has enjoyed painting and drawing all her life. She and her husband, Will, live in Bozeman, MT. They have 2 sons, Jack and Luke, and the whole family enjoys fly fishing. The beautiful colors and patterns found in nature are her favorite subjects. She is known for painting watercolor fly fishing flies and trout, wildflowers, and fall leaves and sells them as notecards and framed prints.

Caroline paints the fish from photographs taken in the few seconds before the fish is released back in the river. Every fish is unique, depending on their habitat and diet. The drips of color in her trout watercolor prints reflect the watery world of the trout and highlight their bright colors. Birds are next on her list, stay tuned! Her primary mediums are watercolor, pastel, and pencil.

In the past Caroline has taught preschool and Spanish language to the elementary grades in the World Language Initiative in Bozeman. Her website is www.carolinepriceart.com. Check out her notecards and art for sale at Heyday, Cello, the Sage Lodge in Paradise Valley, Thistle Creek in Big Timber, and the Madison River Fishing Company in Ennis, MT.

Our Pledge

ERA Landmark has always approached hanging artists in our office a little differently - instead of taking a commission from art sales, we ask our artists to donate a small percentage towards a local charity or nonprofit near and dear to their hearts. Caroline has pledged to donate 30% of her art proceeds from any sales to Bienvenidos a Gallatin Valley a local non-profit whose mission is "to welcome Spanish-speaking immigrants and their families to the Gallatin Valley. We connect new Spanish-speaking families with local mentors, volunteers, and professionals who help families meet their goals through language acquisition, coordination of services, access to community resources, and advocacy." To further help support Caroline's cause, ERA Landmark will be price-matching a donation of up to $250 as well towards the same association.
