On Monday, January 11th, the Gallatin Association of Realtors® (GAR) held a general membership meeting to install its 2021 directors to its various boards. ERA Landmark associates have a long-standing reputation for being highly involved with GAR and the Big Sky Country Multiple Listing Service (BSCMLS). They recognize the importance of being at the forefront of the decision-making that impacts our Southwest Montana real estate markets: from rules, regulations, forms, MLS performance, and maintenance; to agent training, events, leadership, and community service outreach. It is these associates that help ensure the integrity of our communities' real estate sector. 

Brian Tudor was inducted as the Vice President of the 2021 GAR Board of Directors where he is also a past Director. Brian was on the 2018 GAR Professional Standards Committee and is a past Chair of the GAR Education Committee.

Ray Atteberry was inducted as a Director of the 2021 GAR Board of Directors and as the Vice President of the BSCMLS Board of Directors; where he previously served as President. Ray also has served as President (2), Vice President and Director of GAR; chairing the Grievance Committee, the Nominations Committee, and the Multiple Listing Committee, and serving on the Fair Housing, Ethics, Education, Government Affairs Committees.

Rachel Tasker was inducted into her second term as a Director of the Big Sky Country MLS Board of Directors. Prior to BSCMLS having its own board, Rachel serviced on the BSCMLS Committee for many years.

Mikaela Durham was inducted as a Director of the GAR Charitable Foundation Board of Directors. Mikaela was previously on the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee from 2015-2020; including committee chair in 2018 and 2019.

Tyler Garrison was inducted as a Director of the GAR Charitable Foundation Board of Directors; he has been a longtime volunteer of the Foundation and had his hand in its creation during his time as GAR President. Previously, when GAR and MLS shared boards, Tyler served as Treasurer (2), Vice President, and President. It was also during Tyler’s tenure that he helped separate the GAR and MLS boards. He has been involved with both organizations since joining ERA Landmark in 2010.
