ERA Landmark Hosts 2024 Sweet Pea Fest Juried Art Show

Posted on July 8, 2024 by ERA Landmark

ERA Landmark is thrilled to once again host the annual Sweet Pea Festival’s Juried Art Show! This year, we received a record 155 entries from artists all over Montana, resulting in a carefully curated selection of 56 works from 48 talented artists. Visit our downtown location now through August 3rd to explore the diverse art entries including oil pastel drawings, acrylic paintings, photography, fused glass, 3D sculptures, and more. A panel of local art professionals will judge the entries, awarding cash prizes for first, second, and third place, as well as a “People’s Choice” award. Make sure to vote for your favorite piece! This beloved summer event celebrates the incredible talent of Montana artists and aims to give them the recognition they deserve.

Who's Judging?

Sahra Beaupré & Greta Hagg: A fortuitous meeting in the summer of 2018 actualized an idea between two artists- to engage the community in a series of art pop-ups with a focus on contemporary artists and collaborative installations. Echo Arts was thrilled to open a brand new exhibition space in Bozeman, April of 2024 and continue the spirited adventure of life. Founded with a collective passion for art, Echo Arts Advisory believes in fostering meaningful connection to place, deep relationships with community and a commitment to artists as representatives of our collective experience.

Sweet Pea Festival

A Bozeman tradition since 1978, Sweet Pea is where art and community meet. Bringing dance, theater, music and fine arts from local, regional, national and international artists, Sweet Pea is not just an event that focuses on all forms of art, Sweet Pea gives back to the community with grants for art organizations, art education and art projects. With additional events leading up to the Festival including Chalk on the Walk, and other events during the year such as our Winter Art Show, Ice Sculpture Competition and the Gingerbread House Building Competition, Sweet Pea strives to fulfill its mission to promote and cultivate the arts and to expand its commitment to our community year round.
