NorthTown Development Corp. Unveils Apartment Plans

NorthTown Development Corp. has announced plans to construct a significant apartment complex in the NorthTown subdivision. The project involves building nine three-story buildings that will house a total of 240 apartments. The apartments are designed to serve as long-term rentals for working individuals and families.

The development will also include 15,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial space, providing convenient access to businesses and services for residents. The project is currently in the pre-application phase and is expected to go before the Livingston Consolidated Land Use Board and city commission for approval in the coming weeks.

Tom Blurock Breaks Ground on Condo Project

Local architect and developer Tom Blurock has begun construction on a new condo project near Fleshman Creek. The project will consist of eight condo units, including four two-bedroom, two-bathroom main units and four one-bedroom, one-bathroom above-garage apartments.

The main units will feature spacious living areas, kitchens, and two bedrooms upstairs. They are expected to list for around $450,000 in 2025. The apartments will be marketed in the $200,000 range. Blurock is also exploring the possibility of selling some of the units as accessory dwelling units.
