ERA Landmark Real Estate's Broker/Owner, Robyn Erlenbush, along with company leadership Rachel Tasker (Bozeman) and Tom Gierhan (Livingston); attended the 2021 ERA Real Estate IGNITE conference in Phoenix, Arizona, held September 27 - 29.

The week was spent collaborating with other leaders in the ERA network and learning new industry tools and services to bring back to ERA Landmark agents and the communities they serve. The current industry hot topics included; recruiting and retaining top talent, building a sustainable and inclusive office, lead generation and running a business in low inventory markets, and increasing agent productivity through tools, coaching and mentoring.

Robyn Erlenbush was a panelist for the session: "First Impressions: Onboarding Strategies that Work". This breakout session discovered how the top ERA brokers create an experience to strategically onboard newly affiliated agents with a focus on getting them productive quickly. Agents affiliate for the promise, but they stay for the reality.

The General Session featured Sherry Chris, ERA Real Estate President & CEO, Brad Inman, founder & owner of Inman (real estate's leading name in news, information and innovation), and keynote speaker Mike Staver, author of "Leadership isn't for Cowards" and an internationally respected speaker and coach.
