First Phase of Mountain View Subdivision Development gets the Green Light

Posted on January 27, 2025

City commissioners have given the green light to the first phase of the Mountain View Subdivision, a new development that will feature a mix of commercial and residential properties. Owned by Livingston West LLC, the first phase will have 18 lots totaling 37-acres that is located in a highway commercial zone which is designed to cater to both residents and businesses that serve tourists and travelers according to the city’s zoning code.

One of the highlights of this development is the dedication of two lots totaling over 20 acres to public open space. These areas will be perfect for enjoying nature with walking trails, benches, and other amenities. To ensure these spaces remain pristine for everyone to enjoy, a property owners association will be formed to take care of their upkeep. This means residents can count on well-maintained green spaces without having to lift a finger.

With all infrastructure already in place, these lots are ready for construction to begin! Be on the lookout for this new development in Livingston, MT.
