New Development Planned for Bozeman: The Reserve at Heritage Park

Posted on September 6, 2024

Bozeman is continuing to grow, and a new residential development is on the horizon. The Reserve at Heritage Park is a proposed neighborhood that would feature 35 single-family homes on 20 acres of land northeast of the Baxter Lane/Monforton School Road intersection. It would include 5.44 acres of open space and trails, providing residents with opportunities for outdoor recreation. The property has been used for agricultural purposes in the past but is now being proposed for this new development.

The Gallatin County Planning Board has recommended approval of the lot lines for this new development, and the county commission will be considering the matter at their upcoming meeting. The meeting is scheduled for next week. County staff have recommended that commissioners approve the developer's request for a preliminary plat for The Reserve at Heritage Park. The property owner is Wildcat Development LLC, and the developer/applicant is Daniel Francisco of All About Homes and Land.
