A new grocery tenant has been announced for the much-anticipated Jackrabbit Crossing development in Belgrade, Montana! Rosauers Supermarkets, a staple of the Inland Pacific Northwest, has signed a long-term lease to anchor this exciting mixed-use project.

Jackrabbit Crossing is envisioned as a "true live/work/shop community" and is being developed by Venture West Development on a 196-acre site within Montana's Gallatin Valley. The project boasts three lighted intersections for easy access and is conveniently located just ten minutes from Bozeman. Additionally, its proximity to Yellowstone National Park and Big Sky makes it a prime location for both residents and tourists.

Rosauers currently operates over 20 stores throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, with existing locations in Montana including Libby, Kalispell, Missoula, and Bozeman. The supermarket chain's arrival at Jackrabbit Crossing is a welcome addition for the Belgrade community.

This project is not just about shopping, though. Venture West Development recently announced the addition of a proposed 53,000-square-foot Amazon distribution center to Jackrabbit Crossing. Similar to a recently opened facility in Missoula County, this center will serve as a last-mile delivery hub, creating an estimated 100 jobs and handling thousands of packages daily.

The combination of Rosauers Supermarket and the Amazon distribution center highlights the significance of Jackrabbit Crossing in driving economic growth for the Belgrade area. With over 2,500 residences approved within a mile of the project, Jackrabbit Crossing is poised to become a convenient and vibrant destination for both residents and visitors.
