Sue’s career is nothing short of extraordinary—she was also the first-ever inductee into the ERA Hall of Fame in 2013 and a 6-time recipient of the ERA Sapphire Luxury Award, honoring her excellence in luxury real estate.

Since earning her license in 1983, Sue has closed over $1 billion in real estate sales, ranking in ERA’s Top 15 agents nationally since 1988 and securing the #1 spot numerous times. Her decades of experience in real estate sales, subdivision development, and large-scale projects, combined with a lifetime of dedication to her clients, make her one of the most accomplished REALTORS® in Southwest Montana and beyond. Sue’s daughter, Tammee Frye Ryan, joined her team in 2005, ensuring their continued tradition of excellence and service.
