Sue Frye, sales associate at ERA Landmark Real Estate, attended the ERA Fuel 2022 Conference held in Nashville, March 18-20, 2022. Sue was featured in the Top Agent Panel, moderated by Frank Malpica, SVP of Strategic Growth, during the Fuel general session, alongside four other top sales associates from across the country. When asked to share her secret to success, Frye replied "you have to care about people and you have to listen to what they really want.” 

Sue finished out the 2021 year ranking #6 in the U.S. for sold volume by ERA Real Estate. The ERA network includes more than 2,200 offices and 36,000 independent REALTORS® across 35 countries and territories. As the first inductee into the national ERA Hall of Fame, Frye has earned many honors and is consistently ranked as a Top 15 REALTOR® in the U.S. for 33 straight years. She continues to be recognized for her undisputed commitment to her clients and her vast real estate expertise. 

Sue was also named a finalist for the luxury ERA Distinctive Properties Sapphire Award. ERA Distinctive Properties sales associates specialize in working in high-end real estate. The Sapphire Award honors the Distinctive Properties member who, during the past year, has taken actionable steps to work effectively and competitively with the luxury market. Sue has won the Sapphire Award four times, in 2020, 2015, 2009, and 2008.
