BACKGROUND: Jerad’s family has been in Montana for many generations and he has lived in and around Bozeman for over 30 years. When he was growing up, Jerad was actively involved in the family real estate and construction business. He became a licensed Realtor in 2004, an owner of Biggerstaff Construction Company in 2008, and joined ERA Landmark in 2012.

COMPETITIVE EDGE: Jerad has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry including business management, project management, real estate development, architecture and sales. His extensive knowledge in construction helps his clients make informed decisions when selling or purchasing property. Jerad has great relationships with the business associates he works with in the community.

EDUCATION: Graduated from Montana State University with bachelors in Business and studied abroad in Sweden, international business.
