I was connected through Zillow to Sarah and I could not have been happier. First off, Sarah's responsiveness was off the charts. Second, she always went above and beyond handling any issue, request, or need that arose during the process. Run out to a showroom? No problem. Need some pictures? On it same day. Upgrade advice? You got it. Third, documents were prepared and transmitted and otherwise handled within hours, if not faster. Finally, Sarah always made me feel like I was her only client.
