Theresa Coleman is a fourth-generation Montanan originally from Bozeman. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Design from Colorado State University and gaining valuable experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, she returned to Montana to make her home in Livingston. Theresa’s deep roots in the community and her passion for preserving Montana’s unique landscape drive her commitment to her clients.Theresa’s interest in the arts and interior design enhances her ability to stage properties beautifully, making them more appealing to potential buyers. Her eye for detail and design ensures that each property she lists is presented at its best. In her free time, Theresa enjoys exploring Montana’s great outdoors, hiking, and volunteering with the Livingston Food Resource Center and she serves on the Farm to School board of directors.
Having grown up in Bozeman, Theresa has witnessed the dramatic changes in Montana’s landscape over the past 30 years. Her dedication to the preservation of open spaces is reflected in her approach to marketing quality properties. Theresa has owned and manages commercial properties in Livingston, giving her firsthand experience in the local real estate market. This experience has led her to her current role at ERA Landmark, where she specializes in offering quality properties.
Theresa holds both a GREEN Certification and a Distinctive Properties certification, showcasing her commitment to sustainable practices and her expertise in high-end properties. Together with her husband Tom, an environmental engineer and owner of Restoration Engineering, Theresa provides a unique service to landowners and buyers. They offer fishery and wildlife assessments of properties, leveraging Tom’s expertise and Theresa’s 30 years of professional sales, marketing, and management experience. This combination of talents ensures that clients receive comprehensive and knowledgeable service when buying or selling properties.
