On Monday, January 9th, the Gallatin Association of Realtors® (GAR) held a general membership meeting to install its 2023 directors to its various boards. ERA Landmark associates have a long-standing reputation for being highly involved with GAR and the Big Sky Country Multiple Listing Service (BSCMLS). They recognize the importance of being at the forefront of the decision-making that impacts our Southwest Montana real estate markets: from rules, regulations, forms, MLS performance, and maintenance; to agent training, events, leadership, and community service outreach. It is these associates that help ensure the integrity of our communities' real estate sector. 

Brian Tudor was inducted as the President-Elect of the 2023 GAR Board of Directors where he is also a past Vice President and Director. Brian was on the 2018 GAR Professional Standards Committee and is a past Chair of the GAR Education Committee.

Tyler Garrison was inducted as the President of the GAR Charitable Foundation Board of Directors; he previously served as a Director and is a longtime volunteer of the Foundation; also having his hand in its creation during his time as GAR President. Previously, Tyler has served as Treasurer (2), Vice President and President.

Rachel Tasker was inducted as the BSCMLS President where she has served three terms as a Director of the BSCMLS Board of Directors. She was also inducted as a Director into the GAR Board of Directors. Prior to BSCMLS having its own board, Rachel serviced on the BSCMLS Committee for many years.

Deb Kelly was inducted as a Director of the BSCMLS Board of Directors.

Saul Abel will serve as the Vice-Chair of the GAR Professional Standards Committee. He formerly served on the Grievance Committee and Education Committee.

Jim Woodley will serve as a member of the GAR Professional Standards Committee. In 2001 Jim was the President of GAR.
