Posted on August 6, 2021 by ERA LandmarkRobyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate, is pleased to announce that Jim Woodley has been selected as a Prime Award winner for the Bozeman Daily Chronicle’s 24 Over 64 category. “The Prime 24 Over 64 Prime Awards honor SW Montanans ages 65 and over who have created a significant community legacy through their professional endeavors, service to the community, and mentorship of others. This is the 6th year that the Daily Chronicle has presented these awards. Honorees are nominated by community members, and a committee made up of representatives from a diverse group of business and non-profit organizations that work together to select the winners.” (Bozeman Daily Chronicle)
Jim and his wife, Andi, have lived in Bozeman since 1983. They have three children and seven grandchildren. Jim loves watching his grandkids play sports, horses, travel, and morning racquetball games.
Jim has been a volunteer with the Child Advancement Program run by the local chapter of Thrive for 20 years. Under the program, he mentors a student once a week in one of the local schools. Jim served in the US Navy on an aircraft carrier during the early years of the Vietnam conflict. Besides real estate, Jim has a strong background in construction and helping clients buy and sell investment properties. Jim’s clients are very important to him and he works hard to make sure their buying or selling experience goes smoothly.
We are so proud of Jim and the influence he has had on our agents and staff here at ERA Landmark. We all aim to be a little bit more like Jim each day!
