Our part of Montana has experienced substantial growth in the past 5 years resulting in higher values in every real estate market we serve. The past year has seen a stabilization of prices in most markets with healthier inventory levels.

Market conditions for 2025

The national outlook for housing is positive with existing home sales expected to rise 9% in 2025. New construction is also anticipating an 11% increase in home sales. Interest rates for mortgages are predicted to hover near 6% for 2025 and 2026, creating a more stable rate environment for consumers. Median home prices are projected to increase 2% annually.

Will Montana follow national trends?
