Gravity Haus, a Colorado-based hotel and social club, is bringing its unique brand of "approachable luxury" to Big Sky, Montana. The company is transforming The River Rock Lodge in Big Sky Town Center into a new Gravity Haus location, expanding its presence in premier outdoor destinations. This move follows recent openings in Aspen and Jackson Hole, solidifying Gravity Haus's presence in top-tier ski areas.
The new Big Sky location will feature 29 renovated guest rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness center, and a coworking space. Renovations are already underway, with an anticipated opening in Summer 2025.
The company aims to create a central hub for both locals and visitors. Plans include a Terrain Taco restaurant, an Unravel Coffee location, a modern coworking space, and a Gravity Haus Fitness & Recovery center with state-of-the-art equipment and recovery amenities like a cold plunge, hot tub, and sauna. Gravity Haus will also offer member experiences and networking events focused on adventure, community, and personal growth.
Big Sky is known for its stunning natural beauty and year-round outdoor activities. Its proximity to Yellowstone National Park and its status as home to the third-largest ski resort in the country make it an ideal location for Gravity Haus's adventure-focused community. Activities range from Nordic skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to mountain biking and whitewater rafting in the summer.
The Big Sky location joins other Gravity Haus properties in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and California, offering members access to a growing network of destinations. The company offers three membership levels: Under 27, Individual, and Family. Gravity Haus focuses on sustainability, community engagement, and authentic outdoor experiences.
