James Beard Award Semifinalists in Livingston, MT

Livingston, Montana is celebrating a major culinary achievement as two of its chefs, Joshua Adams of Campione and David Wells of Chico Hot Springs Tasting Room, have been named semifinalists for the prestigious 2025 James Beard Awards. They are both contenders in the "Best Chef: Mountain Category," which includes chefs from Montana, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming.

This is the second time Chef Adams has been a semifinalist, and he considers it a great honor. Campione, his Italian restaurant, has received national recognition, including being featured in the New York Times and on "The Drew Barrymore Show." Chef Adams attributes the restaurant's success to his team and his passion for using local ingredients and cooking with heart.

Campione has some exciting events coming up, including a special Valentine's Day menu and a pop-up event in their Commissary Test Kitchen Series. This recognition for both chefs highlights the thriving culinary scene in Livingston.
