New Developments in Southwest Montana

There are so many exciting new businesses around Southwest Montana, it’s hard to keep up! New retail spaces, a golf facility and a brand-new library, just to name a few!  Whether they're already open for business or still on the horizon, these projects offer something for everyone. Let's explore the latest developments, from brand-new constructions to revitalized spaces that breathe new life into our community. Belgrade

EVEN Hotel by IHG now open in Belgrade!

The new EVEN Hotel by IHG welcomed their first guests Aug 7th! The state-of-the-art facility includes 4 stories with 120 rooms and is located adjacent to the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and the I-90 access for quick travel. Guests will enjoy incredible onsite amenities such as meals, drinks, an indoor pool, a comfortable lounge, meeting rooms and outdoor courtyard firepits.

New Belgrade Library

The new Belgrade Library will be located at the western corner of the Lewis and Clark Park in a new 30,000 sq ft building. This community-focused public library will include an active lobby with gallery space, multiple meeting rooms, a dedicated children’s space and playground, a teen-specific library and study area with added computers and improved technology. It is set to be finished in early 2025 with lots of indoor and outdoor improvements. What an exciting new addition to the city of Belgrade!

New Rosauers Location will anchor Jackrabbit Crossing

Jackrabbit Crossing is set to transform Belgrade's retail and commercial landscape. This expansive mixed-use development will offer a diverse array of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Anchored by a Rosauers grocery store, the complex will also feature a variety of restaurants, shops, and potentially other commercial spaces. With its convenient location and growing residential population nearby, Jackrabbit Crossing is poised to become a vibrant hub for the community.

Bozeman

Plato’s Closet - Now Open!

Bozeman is getting a fresh dose of fashion with the grand opening of Plato's Closet! This trendy resale store opened its doors on August 15th, offering a stylish and sustainable shopping experience for teens and young adults. Plus, you can even bring in your own gently used items to sell for cash on the spot!

Best Buy Coming to the Former Bed Bath & Beyond Location

Best Buy is coming to Bozeman! The electronics retailer will open its first store in the city this November. Located in the former Bed Bath & Beyond building, the 20,000 square foot store will offer a wide range of tech products and services. Best Buy is currently hiring for the new location.

Bozeman-based outdoor apparel brand Beringia is opening a new store in the Northeast Neighborhood

Founded by seasoned mountaineers, the company specializes in high-performance gear designed to withstand the harshest conditions. With a focus on quality, sustainability, and style, Beringia offers a unique blend of technical performance and design. The new store opened at the end of July and marks an exciting addition to the neighborhood's growing arts and culture scene.

New Spitz location in Bozeman

Spitz, a popular restaurant chain known for its fresh and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine, is coming to town. Get ready for mouthwatering gyros, overflowing wraps, and customizable bowls packed with wholesome ingredients. The grand opening is still TBD but Spitz will be located at 1101 E Main St Unit 101 Bozeman, MT.

Manhattan

Outta Bounds Golf

This summer got a little more fun in Manhattan, MT! Outta Bounds Golf opened its doors to bring you golf, food and fun events! On the expansive 15-acre facility you’ll find a hybrid of a traditional driving range and Top Golf, golf games, targets and delicious pizza made by The Outta Bounds Pizza Bus.

Big Sky

Big Sky Resort 

Big Sky Resort opened a new retail location in Town Center in July. Stock up on Big Sky Resort apparel, souvenirs, montana-themed gifts and more.. The Town Center retail location offers a premium shopping experience and an extensive selection of Big Sky Resort logo apparel and lifestyle wear. The store also offers a collection of gifts, décor, and home goods.

Big Sky Scoops 

Big Sky Scoops, a local favorite sweet spot, opened a newer, bigger location this summer at 145 Town Center. They offer delicious, locally-made ice cream and unique creations. With a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, it’s no wonder they’ve created a community hub where residents and visitors gather for a sweet treat!

Livingston

1900 Event Space

Earlier this summer, the new event space 1900 opened in Livingston at 103 Main Street. The building offers multiple spaces to host weddings, rehearsal dinners, private parties and many other occasions. With an on-staff Chef and Event Planner, 1900 is ready to host your event!

Paradise Flowers of Livingston

Livingston’s newest flower shop opened at the end of June! Paradise Flowers is located near ACE Hardware at 1106 W Park St Suite 18. They serve Livingston, MT and the surrounding area and are ready to help you when you need flowers delivered locally or worldwide. They also offer daily delivery service to local hospitals and funeral homes. At Paradise Flowers, you can find house plants, custom bouquets, corsages, arrangements and flowers by the stem.

Ennis

New Madison Foods

The Ennis community is excited about the new and improved Madison Foods location! The new Madison Foods opened their doors on June 20 and is still the only grocery store in Ennis. But with a Bakery, Deli, Meat/Seafood section including smokehouse products, a wide variety of non-organic and organic produce as well as the largest selection of beer and wine in Madison County, you’ll find everything you need at Madison Foods! The new addition, Arctic Circle, is a restaurant similar to Dairy Queen and with plans to add fuel pumps, it will be a true one-stop-shop! 

Ennis Home Furnishings

Inside the old Madison Foods location is Ennis Home Furnishings. In addition to their Bozeman location, Bozeman Home Furnishings, they are your local retailer and design centers for furniture, mattresses and appliances! They have over 55 years of experience in the furniture, mattress and appliance industries.
